Our Order Confirmation Process
At Happie Hugs we always confirm your order with you before dispatching. This ensures you receive exactly what you want — right size, right product, right address. No surprises!
Please make sure your WhatsApp number is active and you respond to our confirmation message promptly so we can dispatch your order without delay!
Payment Policy
Online Payment Only — We accept UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and Bank Transfer only.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) — We do not offer COD at this time. All payments must be completed before dispatch.
Payment Confirmation — Please share your payment screenshot on WhatsApp after completing the payment so we can process your order quickly.
Order Processing — Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders without payment will not be dispatched.
Important: Please do not pay to any other account. Always verify our payment details on WhatsApp before transferring money. Happie Hugs is not responsible for payments made to wrong accounts.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Charge — A flat shipping fee of Rs. 70 is applicable on all orders.
Free Shipping — Orders above Rs. 2000 qualify for FREE shipping across India.
Delivery Time — Delivery time depends on your location. Normally orders are delivered within 2 to 6 business days across India.
Pan India Delivery — We ship to all states and cities across India.
Tracking — A tracking number will be shared on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched so you can track your parcel.
Delays — Happie Hugs is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. However we will always keep you updated!
Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligible Cases — We accept exchange requests ONLY in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received a wrong size that is different from what you ordered
You received a wrong product that is different from what you ordered
Time Limit — Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
How to Request — WhatsApp us at +91 70100 14067 with your order details and a clear photo of the product showing the issue.
Product Condition — Products must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags intact to be eligible for exchange.
No Exchange for: Change of mind, size issues due to incorrect size selected by customer, or products that have been used or washed. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering!
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch — Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please WhatsApp us immediately if you wish to cancel.
After Dispatch — Once the order has been dispatched cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the parcel.
Refund on Cancellation — If cancelled before dispatch your payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Since we always confirm your order before shipping please make sure everything is correct during the confirmation step. This avoids unnecessary cancellations!
Product Quality Promise
Organic Cotton — All our products are made from 100% organic cotton that is safe and gentle for baby skin.
Accurate Photos — We always show accurate product photos. The product you receive will match what is shown on the website.
Quality Check — Every product is quality checked before packing and dispatch.
Colour Variation — Slight colour variation may occur due to screen display settings. This is not considered a defect.
Privacy and Data
Your Data is Safe — We collect only necessary information like your name, address and phone number to process and deliver your order.
No Sharing — We never share your personal information with any third party except courier partners for delivery purposes.
WhatsApp Communication — By placing an order you agree to receive order updates and confirmations on WhatsApp.
